I wish I could post a zero star rating for this abysmal business and it's practices. I reached out over four (4) months ago to pursue having our deck renovated and unfortunately though we had an appointment scheduled, was not able to be seen due to an employee contracting COVID. No worries as *** shared he would follow up. Four months later, I follow up and am repeatedly told I'd be contacted which never occurred. Finally, I was able to speak to a representative which asked me where I lived? I asked why? She shared that depe... read more
