NOT GETTING WHAT YOU PAY FOR WITH CHICAGO GRAYSTONE! – Hello, I am a ChicagoGraystone Property hostage! I live in a beautiful unit that they built but could not sell, hence they leased it. I was very impressed by the finishes and the layout, but clearly that work must have been outsourced. At the lease signing, the service peaked! Don't fall victim!!! – I currently live in a building managed by Graystone Realty. To say they are bad gives them too much credit. The dumpsters are covered in bags of dog feces, the lobby has never been painted, the outside lights have never worked, the sidewalks are only scraped when we call and complain about the snow and ice, and at over $3,000 a month we have homeless people sleeping in the dumpsters. Avoid this leasing company at all costs. Horrendous. – Yes, this company is SO bad that I feel compelled to warn everyone about them. Avoid Chicago Graystone/Castlebar Enterprises at all costs, and tell your friends, too. Their services are horrendous and their professional ethics are non-existant. My friend and I recently fell in love with an apartment we found via a Graystone Craigslist listing. We viewed the place and called the next day to put in an offer. That's where the problem began.
