The elk steaks and venison were delicious.
The meat itself looks like the quality is great, however this review is for the packing and shipping department. We placed a large order that was packed with only two small ice packs to keep all of it frozen from Chicago to Arizona?? needless to say almost all of it had thawed except for the large chuck pot roast, and my hands were covered in blood unpacking it. Order was retrieved from the porch within 15 mins of being delivered. Order #2415

I’ve been ordering from them about 4 years now and I can’t say enough good things about them. The quality of meat is outstanding and the customer service is above and beyond. Peter, the owner, is so helpful with any questions you have about the food.
