Horrible customer service. I made an appointment for an estimate to get new floors installed. After the phone call, I texted Nick with the address and an agreed time for the estimate. I even went to their store in Park Ridge to look at floor samples, and the manager was aware of our appointment. On the day of the appointment, Nick didn’t show up, and I didn’t even receive a call or text as to why it was a no-show. I took off work for this estimate, and my time was wasted. They did a great job removing my old carpet and placing some new LVP. Very easy from estimate to scheduling
Nick came out to give me a quote for vinyl flooring for my living room and dining area. He was honest and straight to the point. He turned around a quote to me super fast and was able to schedule the installation the following week. He was very responsive and easy to work with. Excellent company to work with.
Had Nick out for an estimate; he was very knowledgeable and professional. He talked me through my options, and we went ahead with the project. The guys who did the install were professional and did a great job. Overall, I'm very happy with everything and would recommend them to friends and family!
