Not a great experience for me . had to wait over 30mins to be called to the back for my appointment. I also had to call for my results . If I would have never called I would have never got my results

I had an appointment for 10:45 am. I arrived early at 9:35 am to fill out some forms this being my first time there. X-rays were taken, and I sat in the dental chair for 50 minutes and never saw the dentist. I schedule another appointment for the next day. That appointment went well. I notice when arriving home that I have forgotten some referral papers. I called and was helped by Elizabeth Morales who was very helpful, friendly, professional, attentive to my needs, and able to explain things to me.

I’m tired of the employees parking on my block taking everyone’s parking spot who live here. They have their own parking lot. Why can’t they park there?

They schedule over the phone appointment with people and the doctor doesn’t call/ show up. They don’t respect your time as if you don’t have a job either. I’m done with family health center. DR Crystal Peoples didn’t show up to her appointment with me. Very disappointed. It takes nothing to let the patient know the phone appointment needs to be rescheduled on the doctors running late. Inconsiderate & horrible. Finding another hospital
