Went to get my bloodwork done this morning 8/15. The tech who attended me had a horrible attitude. Mumbling instructions under his breath which I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. Getting blood drawn is stressful enough for some of us, and you chose a career that requires basic social skills in dealing with patients.
Dr. Akande is such a wonderful dentist and human being. Life gets busy and that mixed in with severe panic disorder I’ve dealt with since my early teens you can see how going to the dentist has gotten away from me quickly. I had a panic attack while making my appointment. That’s how bad my anxiety gets. I also started to have a panic attack when we began our conversation for my initial consultation. Front desk was lovely but did not have a pleasant time with the dental team. Waited an hour to see dentist (Bradley Harrison) after taking x rays, then had the most uncomfortable periodontal charting experience. I told the dentist and his assistant that the procedure was hurting bad and they just laughed at me and continued their work. Had super sensitive gums after that all day and they did not mention to me that I was bleeding until I saw my after visit notes. I will not be returning here. So pleased with my dental visit today! I had Dr. Akande & she did a great job! She’s very kind, made me feel comfortable & most importantly the concerns I had were taken care of! Thank you doctor!
Quality of service is very important to individuals seeking medical assistance and this agency falls short in this area. Calls are not returned and services outside of the medical doctors visits are not followed up on. We have been trying to get a return call from this agency since 5.29.26 with no results. The phone system places you on hold and then states your call will need to be returned and your place in line will be kept; however no call is returned.
