This location has been extremely frustrating to deal with. I’ve been trying for the past two weeks to obtain a copy of my son’s immunization record, and each visit I was told the system was down and no one could assist me. While I understand occasional technical issues, two weeks is excessive. Trying to schedule an appointment and someone kept picking up and hanging up and finally get ahold of someone last Friday and the system is down. Waited till today Monday and the system is still down. Just take it as a sign don’t go there
Its always something wrong with their systems to where you cannot get your medication even while pregnant. They dont reply to your messages or anything. Im tired of this place. It genuinely SUCKS!
