Shelly was an amazing Doula! We had our first baby in December and Shelly really helped us become confident parents over a few weeks. She took great care of our baby, helped us build a great sleep schedule, and taught us many stretches to help with digestion. Shelly was also proactive and shared many great articles and books. She was also great with our dog. I highly recommend Shelly!

Chicago Family Doulas were such a comfort to have during those early newborn weeks with our son. Their night doula support was thoughtful, reassuring, and incredibly attentive, which meant everything to us when we were running on very little sleep and didn’t have family nearby to help. They took the time to understand our baby and our needs, and their presence made the nights feel manageable instead of overwhelming. We’re so grateful for their support and would confidently recommend them to other new parents.

We chose Miranda from Chicago Family Doulas as our doula for the birth of our first child, and it was one of the best decisions we made.
