My doctor referred me here for a colonoscopy. I was told to be there by 9:00 AM, which I was. Once I arrived, I was told to sign in and sit with a room full of other patients waiting. It took the intake people over an hour to even call me to fill out the initial paperwork. After I did this, I was forced to wait another TWO HOURS until I was actually called in.
