Just had an appointment rescheduled because the Vet would not be available. This in it's self is no problem. The problem is the rescheduled appointment is past a year and we were told we would have to re-enroll in the vaccine for life program. No exceptions. We have boarded our dog for years here and now we will go elsewhere. This is unacceptable.
The doctors and techs here are wonderful. Friendly, helpful, and accurate. Our puppy broke our leg and we got kind of scolded from the vet for not keeping her cast clean enough and it's because they always have the animals best interest in mind. Love this place and the wonderful staff.
The entire staff is very kind and caring. I appreciate the thoroughness of this practice along with the affordability. I always feel welcomed and remembered. The staff at Chicago Drive Veterinary Clinic cares about my pets as much as I do.
Transferred to this vet to get a second opinion on my dog as other vet was not getting to the issue. My dog was diagnosed with cancer and now a year later after she has been on meds and I thought she was dying now come to find out she doesn't have cancer. The staff was great but the mis diagnosis had caused a lot of UN needed stress as well as UN needed money Alrght and meds my dog didn't need at all that could of put her into long term side affects.

My dog gets treated like royalty when we come to Chicago Drive Vet Clinic. Dr. Col is extremely gentle with her and really cares about her well being. The staff is very friendly and so easy to talk with. There is always phone follow up with any tests or treatment given. We also use the grooming services and kennel when we travel. Very satisfied.
The staff are so friendly and helpful! My pets have always been seen in a timely manner and handled with the care I expect. Plus it's not too far from home and I really love that because I'm pretty much late for everything.
It is a Great place for my Zoey. They take great care of her everytime I board her. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Hugs to the whole staff
