Stella's is, hands down, one of the best places to eat brunch in all of Chicago. While the classic omelets and pancakes are excellent options, the pride of Stella is the skillet. We are from the north east suburbs and stopped for dinner on our way to The Laugh Factory. The food was good, but it took a long time to even get waited on. Everybody has their moments so I don't want to fully judge off one visit. We were one of 3 table there and there had to be 4-5 staff members sitting and standing at the tables in front of the kitchen counter. When I come to the city to visit my dear friend I would always ask him if we can go there for breakfast/lunch. It's a good old fashioned diner and love the fried corn beef hash! Staff is friendly and the one remembered me a year later! �
