The tour was informative. However, the tour guide Ben. Had such contempt for the stories/individuals in the stories it made the tour horrible and depressing. He sounded like he was giving a sermon “don’t feel bad for Capone. He killed a lot of people and is rotting in Hell!” I can understand having an opinion on the matter, but when it’s repetitive it ruins the experience. I didn’t go on this tour to be made to feel bad for wanting to. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star; was for the on/off option of the tour.
Ben was great! We had a great time. He did a fantastic job!
Ben was the best super smart dude that obviously knew his history wish I could have employed him to guide me for my whole stay while here in Chicago.The tour was really interesting we learned a lot on the trip about a wide arrange of crimes in the area not just prohibition era crimes but more modern ones as well we loved it.
