10 star!! I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Jacobs and Olivia. They, along with the entire staff, provided the best service I’ve ever experienced. I visited this clinic last year. I wanted to inquire about a mole under my eye area that I wanted to remove. The office is really clean and nice - but they were extremely unhelpful... or able to make me understand any of their procedures. The assistant told me that the person who usually does mole removals was out on leave until Spring (months later). All they did was measure my mole. Botched my face! I tried to upload photos, but Google’s content filters seem to hide my review when I do. That’s how gnarly my lip looked after I went to Chicago Cosmetic Surgery & Dermatology. I came to the clinic last year for a minor excision after a facial injury left something lodged in my lip. The surgeon assured me I would look better than before. I went twice and probably won't be back--the first appointment I had was fine (if a little long, but it's an intake appointment so that's reasonable). My second appointment, I waited over an hour past my appointment time without any explanation. My provider breezed in, said nothing about her tardiness, then left.
