We recently changed management companies in my building because the previous company never came on site, handled situations in a highly disorganized fashion and worked poorly with vendors (to name a few things). So far I'm extremely satisfied with CCMMC! I conducted a bathroom remodel in my unit last month and ******* was highly responsive and helpful in explaining the requirements and communicating with my neighbors. This isn't a company, it's one guy who doesn't follow through on anything. He doesn't answer the phone, he doesn't anticipate issues, he takes a long time to address problems, and he often says he's going to start a project to fix something in our building and it never happens. He often argues, doesn't communicate, and suggests that tenants "just move out" whenever an issue is brought to his attention. ********, sorry you have had an unsatisfactory experience. We don't manage individual units, including yours - we aren't in a position to discuss tenants moving out. Our staff of 5 longterm employees is supported by skilled contractors in a variety of trades. (As you live on the first floor, we're unclear about the reference to a leak from the roof.) It is a good defense to punch a relief hole in a ceiling if there's water building up on it to control the exit point and so that it doesn't collapse!
They recently took over management of my condo building and they're insulting, bullying, and don't deserve to manage anything. They've continued to abuse and assault their customers for not reason. They need to be shut down!
Incompetent deceptive practices never responds to issues always has an excuse for why things are not done Over charged on multiple occasions as of it was a mistake the worst management company Run
Poor quality services, poor time response, poor costumer service, poor value.

The maintenance team has been pleased to be able to move forward with non-emergency work since June 3 and have completed any open tickets for your association. We've conducted a detailed critical inspection of the property and will forward our findings to the board for consideration.
