Chicago Computer Club is a mere shell of its former self. I have utilized there services for 15+ years. Maybe longer. Multiple stores have closed. Tech support use to ALWAYS answer when I called. Now they do not answer. I am paying monthly for service on two computers. But the service is lacking from what I once received. Yet I pay the same amount of money. And honestly I am shopping around for a new company.
