I really liked Dr Furlong. I saw her Monday and as of Tuesday 4pm Walgreens still didn't get my prescription from her I was a little disappointed, especially when Giselle said she have to give the doctor a call because she forgot to put it in.There is just one more thing---I thought it was odd that she told me my bladder was completely empty two or three time she said it, when I was holding urine because I have skin starting to close off I think it is my urethra and I had to pee as soon as I got home. Go figure??
Dr. Furlong listened to my concerns and made me feel welcome as a new patient. She made me feel comfortable during an exploratory procedure and will do a teleconference as a follow up since I live 2 and half hours away. Everyone in her office was extremely friendly.
I saw Sujell Vargas NP today. Took the time to listen and explain things during the exam. I appreciate not being rushed. Was treated with respect and kindness. I am grateful to have this kind of care.
