I had to go in and see Dr. Coats for my arm. He is totally cool chilled out guy,Talks to you like a normal person explains to you so you understand everything Jasmine the front desk clerk totally awesome goes out of her way for you and makes sure you have everything you need . The other assistant Ron is amazing also he makes sure you have everything you need and understand everything before you leave. From the minute, I walked into this office. Dr Coats is a wonderful doctor he did my surgery and I feel 100% better. I recommend this doctor to anyone. The staff is also amazing and very friendly. Jasmine is an awesome person she always attend to my needs with my apt and Ashley is a welcoming person. Ron and Racquel always get my papers completed and the pt therapy is amazing. Vienna and Vinny CSO is the best.
