My cousin (Ms Bryant) had a post Op appointment and the staff were warm and caring. They showed a sincere concern for our needs. My cousin is wheel bounded and unable to walk at this time. While we were waiting to be called by the doctor, my cousin explained that the wheel chair leg rest was hurting her leg and was causing pain on her hip. The wheel leg rest was not working properly. I missed my appointment completely and the front desk worker Jasmine was so sweet and helpful with allowing me to still come in and be seen. Courtney (I hope I spelled his name correctly) had a great conversation and also did the justice of filling out the paperwork that I needed to return to work AT THAT MOMENT instead of me having to wait days, like most doctors offices. I appreciate them so much and grateful for their services.
Dr. Primus did an amazing job explaining the procedure with all my options. The procedure went well and he has a great staff at Hyde Park Office.
I had to go in and see Dr. Coats for my arm. He is totally cool chilled out guy,Talks to you like a normal person explains to you so you understand everything Jasmine the front desk clerk totally awesome goes out of her way for you and makes sure you have everything you need .
