Let's see how to start this. I drove 5hrs to pick up a 2001 land rover discovery. The sales guy over the phone had told me the car was mint. Besides a few very miner spots. We bought our daughter a car from these guys a few months ago and everything was great. This time we went in to get my son his first car and the process was excellent once again. I was very surprised that they actually remembered my whole family and little random facts about us. We purchased the Toyota for my son and my husband is considering going back for a luxury vehicle this spring. This didn't feel like a typical car dealership, they were friendly and polite and didn't pressure is at all.
I purchased a car from the "Car Guys" this weekend after totaling out my car last week. I was dreading going car shopping in the snow but when the salesman I called told me they had a heated indoor showroom I made them my first stop. It ended up being my only stop! The sales guy Craig was friendly and the finance guy P.J. made the paperwork quick and simple! Got a nice SUV cheap and hassle-free. I would recommend these guys in an instant!
IF YOU LITERALLY WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY; At first The Chicago Car Guys were Friendly, laid back, and seemed professional enough (minus the fact that the guy who sold me the car told me how he was out till 5am and still drunk).
