I was very satisfied with Carlos and his crew's. Carlos Avia from Chicago Building Contractors was willing to explain in detail my best options. He negotiated with my insurance company got everything I needed done. New roof, gutters,siding repair,and all new windows. Carlos is the best!! I have referred him to everybody i come in contact with. Exceptional work!!!!
I was very very satisfied with the excellent craftsmanship that this company exemplifies. Everything the owner Mr. Carlos said he was going to do according to agreement was on point with no extra hidden fees. This company Chicago Builders Contract was always punctual and finished the project within the projected timeframe. The service was beyond expectation and the staff was always professional and very patient. I truly give this company 5 stars.
After a bad windstorm a lot of the homes in our neighborhood got their roofs damaged. Carlos gave us exceptional service. He inspected the roof, explained everything and helped coordinate with our insurance company. a couple weeks after we had a new roof installed with superior materials.
