I called to see how I could set up an appointment for my 84 year old mother to come in and speak with an attorney about setting up a living will and other things she would like to do but we were treated very rude by an African American woman that answered the phone and she just would not hear anything I asked or said and as I ask my mother to speak with her so that she could understand that my mother wanted to speak with her as well just to get information she hung up on us and seemed forwarded all... read more
