I specifically when into her office re: a tooth ache and picked at every tooth i had, she seems to forget who is the paying customer. Also my daughter went into her office she had a 2pm appointment and the receptionist told her to come in 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork so she arrives at 1:30pm no one is in the office. Dr. Del Carmen is incredible! Just got work done there, and she definitely did a great job. No wait for appointments and wonderful service. I'm glad I went there.
Dr. Del Carmen is a dentist who truly cares about her patients and her profession. She continually furthers her knowledge of dentistry for the benefit of her patients and her continuing education far exceeds the standards set by the licensing agency of our state. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a conscientious dentist who puts her patients' needs above all else.
One of the greatest dental offices in Chicago. The ability to get appointments around my schedule is superb. The staff, including receptionist, is ALWAYS friendly. The offices are modern with a very knowledgeable and patient staff. If you are a Cook County employee and want a dental office that accepts and provides quality service, this is the dental office for you.
