Very good service from Farooqi and the entire team at Chicago Auto Place. Farooqi worked very hard to ensure I was a happy customer paying special attention to details for items that were not quite up to par on my used vehicle purchase. Buyer Beware: Proceed with Caution My experience with this dealership was disappointing, and I believe prospective buyers should be aware of several concerns I encountered after purchasing my vehicle. Shortly after the sale, I discovered that the vehicle had not received proper maintenance prior to delivery. The vehicle had three faulty TPMS sensors, a nail in the rear tire near the sidewall, dirty engine air and cabin air filters that had not been replaced, and it was overdue for a basic oil change. Be careful here. Robert will hang up in your face before even listening to any questions. Customer service was terrible. Act as though they don’t have time to answer questions, especially on an older vehicle.
Edgar was my Sales Associate...he did well! I bought this car sight unseen as I just moved from Georgia to Hot Springs Village AR. He walked me thru the process even to the point of getting this car to my preferred Ford Dealership for a full used car pre-inspection. All came back as a quality car to buy! I do need to put this in here..no fault of Edgar..I do feel a little let down once money was transferred.. was a cash deal..took too long in my opinion to get on a transporter from Chicago to just outside of Little Rock AR..... read more
