Hands down the best person more than a realtor. Worked with Georganna twice and she is absolutely committed to getting you your perfect fit. Makes sure you put your comfort level first and does her homework. She knows as she has a lot of experience. I would recommend CAS to anybody who is looking to renting a place to buying one.
Steve helped me to find my dream apartment! I never thought I would be able to afford to live in a high rise on the lake but with his dedicated research, he found a unit that is better than I could've ever imagined. He was also kind enough to drive me from listing appointment to listing appointment, as I did not have my own transportation. I highly recommend him for all of your real estate needs!
I recently worked with Steve Missirlian and the team at Chicago Apartment Seekers. I am pretty picky, but Steve was extremely patient and set up 12 places to see all in one day after me contacting him just 2 days prior. I would say 5 of the apartments met my very specific criteria so Steve made it a tough decision, but gave me some great options! There is no doubt that I will use Steve again in the future when I look to rent or buy! They are the best in the business!
