The place is good, neat and comfortable to stay with. Accessible to CTA transits. Easy access to laundry service. I also feel safe inside and as well as walking around tge neighborhood.
The Place is very much perfect especially if you're new to the city. It's like plug n' play type, as easy as that.
Service requests take more than one day at times. Apartment was also a bit dirty upon move-in. Other than that, clear communication, clear expectations, and always keeping tenants updated on important information.
We’ve been living in a Chicago Apartment Place unit since 2021 and we love it. Our kitchen is beautiful, with new appliances, and the bathroom is sleek and modern. The maintenance team is truly exceptional. They respond quickly if we have an issue and they are super friendly. Our neighbors are generally pretty great too. They consist of families and young professionals.
Hello CAP- I've been a tenant at 3900 N. Greenview #3 for 18 years now. I love living in this building. My experience has been 100% positive. CAP has always been very attentive to the needs, requests & complaints of the tenants. If there is a problem or a maintenance request, they always address it in a timely manner.
