We’ve been living in a Chicago Apartment Place unit since 2021 and we love it. Our kitchen is beautiful, with new appliances, and the bathroom is sleek and modern. The maintenance team is truly exceptional. They respond quickly if we have an issue and they are super friendly. Our neighbors are generally pretty great too. They consist of families and young professionals.
Hello CAP- I've been a tenant at 3900 N. Greenview #3 for 18 years now. I love living in this building. My experience has been 100% positive. CAP has always been very attentive to the needs, requests & complaints of the tenants. If there is a problem or a maintenance request, they always address it in a timely manner. I rented from them years ago but I never felt resolve after they showed my apartment without warning and my claddagh ring and other Celtic jewelry that were family heirlooms from relatives that lived in Ireland. Irreplaceable jewelry that were 50+ years old were stolen off the perfume tray in my bedroom during one of their showings to rent the apartment after us. When I told them, they could care less. Can rarely take a hot shower for longer than 5 minutes. Friendly maintainence. Great size. Older buildings that are EXPENSIVE to heat. Expect your heating bill to be at LEAST $330 per month while having plastic on every window.
For the last year of renting we have had intermittent hot water and over the last week can't take a bath or shower that lasts longer than 3-5 minutes. If you want hot water this is not the company to rent from.
