The place is good, neat and comfortable to stay with. Accessible to CTA transits. Easy access to laundry service. I also feel safe inside and as well as walking around tge neighborhood.
The Place is very much perfect especially if you're new to the city. It's like plug n' play type, as easy as that.
I liked how the maintenance was handled when I lived at W Waveland, but here at N Noble we haven’t been visited by maintenance at all. We have many things that need attention, but none of them have been addressed so far.
They are responsive and take good care of the commercial space I rent. They are also fair in monthly lease rates. I am a satisfied lessee :)
