Ruined Prom – I had a horrible experience with Chicago 5 Star Limousine. My friends and I booked a 22 passenger Hummer Limo for our prom and the limo was an 1and 45 minutes late and still made us pay what we would have been paying for over 1 hour of the service. My friends and I were not able to make it to our picture session and were almost late for prom because we only had the limo for 15 minutes.
