I love Chicago 5 star limo! – I use them everythime i want to have fun. The limo's are great and the driver is polite and he is a nice guy!

Wedding Day Disaster – Like the others where do I begin. I was in a wedding on September 17th and they hired to drive the ladies from the hotel to the church and back after the ceremony. First the guy that picked us up had no personality and did not have a smile on his face. When we got to the church the bride proceeded to pay the driver. He counted the money in front of everyone and then made a comment that she was $100 short. Great Birthday – My sons birthday was Last Thursday. I have decided to order a limousine as a surprise for him. I have read some reviews online and decided to use chicago 5 star. I have known about chicago 5 star because my daughter goes to Maine West High School, and Chicago 5 Star was a part of their Auto Show. She told me they had great buses, and they had lots of fun in them. So I decided to take my daughters word and im glad I did. This company had made my son so happy and my whole family. HORRIBLE!!!!! – Where do I begin? We called a month ago and got a quote for our July 2011 wedding. We were calling once a week with questions and were told they were open for our wedding date. We went to go see their party bus. Let me begin by saying that they run their "business" from the back of a UHAUL place. Do Not Use Chicago 5 Star – Party bus drove us to the location, but did not come back, and instead we were driven home in a Hummer, even though we ordered the bus. We left items on the bus, and were told by the driver that he would return with the same vehicle, but he did not come back. When I called the next day to retrieve my items, I was yelled at by the receptionist and told that I was going to be charged for damaging the Hummer. I am both confused and disappointed.
