Dr. Kandula, is Awesome! The only reason am giving 5 stars! Wish she was in private practice. I just love her!
Extremely incompetent staff. I went in for an allergic reaction and throat swelling and they kept asking if I was a patient of there’s and if I had an appointment. Upon walking in I asked the security guard if it was an immediate care facility and he had no clue.
Horrible experience, when I first got checked in the woman never told me to go to to another floor; I waited in the main lobby for an hour and a half until I was curious and asked and they directed me to the correct floor. Was there a total of 4 hours just to be seen for 20mins for a referral and work statement. Will never go back to this advocate facility again.
Good staff for drawing blood.
