I was thrilled with my first to Chic Tress to see Karolina for highlights. I have been having them done for about four years now, but she honestly did the best and most careful job of anybody. Her attention to detail was meticulous and the result is so lovely. Karina‘s studio is like being in an expensive salon, but without the expensive salon prices. It’s a lovely space and very relaxing. I would highly recommend Karolina and Chic Tress!!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chic Tress again for highlights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Her home studio has a beautiful, spa-like ambiance that makes you feel as though you have an entire salon to yourself. I just had a layered haircut from Karolina and I really liked the result and her service. She would be asking me first if I want it like this or like that before she cuts, making sure she does what the customer wants. She was also open to answering any question I have about taking care of my hair, etc. The place is amazing as well. I’d definitely recommend, given that this is also the most affordable hair studio I have seen in London so far.
Excellent 1st appointment. Karolina took the time to discuss and understand what I was looking for. Very happy with the results. The home studio is a bright, comfortable and relaxing environment. Looking forward to my next visit.
I’ve never left a review in my life before. But this was so incredibly bad I just had to, I’ve never had a worse experience before at a salon before. I chose it because it was very close to my home, I’m glad I spoke up a little but I wish I said more. I had asked the hair stylist for platinum hair, she said she wasn’t comfortable and i completely understood, I was happy she didn’t do it at this point.
