Great service and love our hair cuts. I found Chic Tress while looking for hair salons near Victoria Hospital, as I thought it would be convenient to where I work. I appreciated Karolina's website was very up front about the services she offers and the prices, so there wouldn't be any awkward surprises. Today was my first visit to Karolina and I will definitely go back! Beautiful, clean set up! I got a full head of highlights (warning....it was a 4hr appt) but I do have long hair and she took her time, paid attention to details AND gets the colour right to the root!! Thanks for a great colour and style!!
I was thrilled with my first to Chic Tress to see Karolina for highlights. I have been having them done for about four years now, but she honestly did the best and most careful job of anybody. Her attention to detail was meticulous and the result is so lovely. Karina‘s studio is like being in an expensive salon, but without the expensive salon prices. It’s a lovely space and very relaxing. I would highly recommend Karolina and Chic Tress!!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chic Tress again for highlights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Her home studio has a beautiful, spa-like ambiance that makes you feel as though you have an entire salon to yourself. I just had a layered haircut from Karolina and I really liked the result and her service. She would be asking me first if I want it like this or like that before she cuts, making sure she does what the customer wants. She was also open to answering any question I have about taking care of my hair, etc. The place is amazing as well. I’d definitely recommend, given that this is also the most affordable hair studio I have seen in London so far.
