I’ve been coming here for over a year and never had a problem until today. The girl I usually go to was busy, and I was fine waiting or having someone else do my manicure. But I specifically asked three times if the new girl was experienced. I was told she wasn’t new, but it was clear right away that she didn’t know what she was doing. She didn’t even know how to properly cut nails, and when I politely told her not to continue if she wasn’t confident, she ignored it. I found this place for my sister and didn’t realize that the good reviews were so old. This is the absolute worst place we’ve ever gone to. Rude staff, rough hands and basically do what they want rather than what you ask for. Stay away!
I recently visited this nail salon and had a very disappointing experience. The atmosphere was incredibly unprofessional, and the technicians were rough and inattentive. The place had a bad odor and was not clean at all. Overall, the service was terrible, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you wish to celebrate the bare minimum pay them a visit.
