Loved everything about my experience at my appointment with Jeanea was terrific... even with other distractions going on.. she was great... lovin my new cut.. my hair feels so much healthier... even when i didn't wanna take it short as a Hairstylist myself i know i needed it done... the reassurance that i still look great with it and it will be much more healthier even before cutting it she made sure that's what i wanted... made it all the better.... it is a little pricey for my pocket books.. but i will be returning...tried... read more

I delayed writing this review to give Kierra adequate time and opportunity to correct the situation. She chose not to, which is why I am documenting my full experience here. I selected Kierra after seeing her work on social media and believing she was a competent colorist who could safely take my hair blonde. Unfortunately, that assumption was incorrect. First time experience with Kierra was great. She was great at educating me and my daughter on her first ever silk press. My daughter is tender headed and raved about how gentle she was, nice and kind. Definitely will be returning back!
