Very accommodating service provider in my own experience but I have seen others turned away without accommodating concern. They upcharge on every itemized service. I absolutely HATE when these guys don’t give us a receipt for the itemized charges. We, the consumers have allowed this practice for too long.

They messed up my granddaughters acrylics. Gave her thick uneven curved nails. Not good not good at all.
Granddaughter went there for her bday and didn’t get what she ask for got a whole different design and they charged her for an adult nail instead of kids nails she came home upset
I've been going to Chic Nails for a few years now. They take their time and do a very good job and the prices are affordable. I would highly recommend.
