I came in because I saw a large Hydrafacial sign outside, but once I entered, I was told the person who does it wasn’t there. I waited while looking through brochures, and the customer service experience felt very unwelcoming from the start. After asking for a facial consultation, I had to wait just to speak to someone in English. TE ENVÍAN MENSAJES DIARIOS, AUNQUE BLOQUEES EL NÚMERO. su servicio es bastante bueno, costoso para lo que es, su equipo es un poco frío, pero si realmente necesitas un tratamiento, vale la pena. SIN EMBARGO, cuando das tu número para reservar la cita, lo menos que esperas es recibir mensajes diarios sobre ofertas, aunque reportes distintos números. Si pudiera darle Cero a este lugar lo aria, hace 1 año inicie un tratamiento de CO2 para 2 pequeñas manchas que tenia en mi entrepierna las cuales no me gustaban, (tengo fotos como prueba) despues de la 4 sesión me di cuenta que en vez de mejorar mi area empeoraba cada dia mas a lo cual mostré mi inconformidad y la solución fue "si puede mande a traer esta crema de colombia" la cual si trage cuando ya iba en mi octava cita, cada sesión costaba 100 dolares los cuales pague $800 en total... recuerdo en la séptima sesión estar ... read more
I like a lot this place. It's my favorite nails salon and the spa is so great.
I had my nails done 3 days ago, and a few nails need to be fixed. I went back to the same salon, but the wait was very long and I couldn’t stay any longer. I paid quite a high price for the service, but compared to the quality I received, it doesn’t feel worth it. I would appreciate it if you could improve your service and the quality of the products used.
