I had a gift certificate for a hair cut at Chic. It was supposed to be with Fletcher or Crystal but they weren’t available I I went with another stylist. I just wanted a pixie type cut and thought I described what I wanted adequately. Before I knew it my hair was chopped so short AND thinned so much I had NO style or much hair left! This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and Pauline was excellent! It was quick, not too painful and she made me feel comfortable with the whole experience. I highly recommend her for all your waxing needs! I will be going back to her. Thanks girl!

I had an appointment with fletcher today for the first time and felt incredibly cared for. I came in not liking my hair and left loving it. He’s incredibly attentive and talented at what he does and I’ll most certainly be back! Thanks again.

Just got a Brazilian wax and it was one of the most painful experiences. I have had one before at a different spa and it was not nearly as painful. It was done with Sara. She was spreading wax in too many areas at once instead of doing it one strip at a time. Seemed very rushed and impatient. I couldn't sit through the entire experience and had to ask the esthetician to stop. Lots of bleeding and there was still wax left. No aftercare was provided or advice on how to treat anything. I shouldn't have even paid.
