Dr. Ng just got me glass prescription that allows me to regain 20-20 vision again! Wonderful feeling!
My child and I spent 2 hours with Dr Ng and really felt taken care of and were well informed. She took the time to explain things and was very transparent. I never felt pressured to buy anything. She was very thorough and patient, especially since this was my child's first time. The receptionist was very welcoming and the clinic is super clean and stylish. I didn't purchase glasses but the selection she had was very nice! Such a fantastic eye exam experience!
Great experience with Dr. Wendy Ng at Chic Eyes Optical and Optometry. My appointment was on time, and the staff were kind and gentle, which made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Ng took the time to explain the results of my eye exam clearly and answered all my questions. The office is clean and welcoming, and they have a great selection of glasses and accessories. Highly recommend!
The most comprehensive eye exam I’ve had. The customer service is outstanding. A friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone needing an eye exam, and new glasses. They take the time to choose the right frame for you, without any pressure.
