Best Med Spa Ever!! Ashlee and Amber are the best!
I have been going there since they opened and I think they are really good at what they do. I have had laser hair removal, facials, chemical peels, and Botox. They are always really busy, but always on time. the only complaints I see are about the cancel policy, but I never have to sit and wait for my appointment so I have to say I am glad they are picky. I'm getting ready to make an appointment with their plastic surgeon, Dr. K, next!
Not Customer Oriented. I had an appointment last Friday 6/20/14 at 2:00 pm. Went there straight from campus in Texas City at noon. So, I have 2 hour window to get there, which is plenty of time under normal condition. Car broke down on the way, in League City. Had to make several calls to take care of it. Waited for about 45 minutes for the tow truck to come and take my car to the nearest dealership which is in Dickinson. Spend about 15-20 minutes at the dealership to take care of paperwork.
