I shop here at least once a month and recently purchased a shirt that I want to return. I was told that they do not issue refunds. The receipt is very unclear and only states that Exchanges can be made within 14 days with receipt and tags on items, and SALE items are all final. This boutique is very expensive and I have been happy with all of my purchases up until now. I will no longer shop here, which is unfortunate.
