Never going back. It was way too expensive and the stylist went against my wishes and changed my hair color, and when I came back they blamed it on how my hair reacts to the dye rather than her own mistake. I asked to get it changed since I didn't want black hair, and the salon told me to wait a week to make another appointment. It's also a huge coincidence that I would have to pay another 100 something if I waited a week to call back since its just after their satisfaction policy expires. Carly has been an outstanding hair stylist and colorist. She obviously enjoys what she’s doing and brings her positive attitude to every appointment. The salon is comfortable and parking has been surprisingly easy.
A little late with the review. My first visit to this salon and Carly cut my hair. She addressed all my concerns and recommended appropriate products. Ho early one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Thank you Carly
