Unfortunately, my experience with this salon was not successful. I had never colored my hair before and,tbh, I regret I came here. Long story short: after visit 1 I got a totally different result than I’ve expected. Salons owner tried to fix the issue and in the end it’s even worse than it was. I had 3 appointments. I was charged for 2 of them.Communication was also very upsetting. Christina (the owner) could leave my messages without answer for days and in the end decided to refund my last payment. Shelby is amazing! She gave me the exact haircut I asked for. She also checked in multiple times throughout the service to make sure I was still happy with how it looked at each stage. Lovely to talk to as well. The salon itself is very clean and felt comfortable to be in. Highly recommend!
Hillary is absolutely AMAZING !! She takes the time to truly understand your vision. She walks you through each process, step by step so you understand. She cares about each and every client, your not just “ the next appointment “. She wants to make sure you are happy with the final outcome and communicates very well. Hillary is the absolute BEST!!!
Gabby did my consultation for color/hair extensions and she is the sweetest! She answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable! I’m looking forward to my next appointment with her! The front desk receptionist was also so welcoming!
I had a glaze, Brazilian blow out, and a cut. The humidity has not been kind. My hair felt like straw. Mary was fantastic. She knew what I needed and took care of everything. The time flew by. Great service.
