Dr. Chibu performed my 4rth spinal lumbar surgery after already having (3) prior lumbar surgeries in 2013. This procedure was quite intense and lasted 7 hours. It was the first spine surgery I had that the surgeon went through my left side abdominal to reach my spine, and also opened my back. My back is a 100 times worse. The whole experience was a nightmare. We got into surgery about 10 am . I told him I have a lot of muscle in my back and not listening to me. The surgery was from the 10 am and at 10 pm the staff told my wife to just go home and didn't know when I would get to my room. I member waking up finally at midnight to 1 am and it was rough. I met Dr. Chibu in 2019 when it was determined that I needed Lumbar Spine Surgery. Dr. Chibu did an excellent job on my back. March 2025 Dr. Chibu did my Cervical Spine Surgery. I am very pleased with his skills, and his wealth of knowledge. Dr. Chibu comes second to none and we are privileged to have access to him in Upstate NY
Best doctor I ever had great experience he talked every thing he said I could understand
This doctor didn't even stay in my room 5 minutes. I don't think he even took time to look at my mri,and when he reviewed it with me he went so fast he only reviewed 2 pictures. Also had a xray that he never even showed me. Very displeased
