I am a client of Chiarelli & Associates and this is my response to the comment left by Trailwood Apartment Homes. Their depiction of the situation is incredibly inaccurate. I was living at Trailwood Apartment Homes and we had an agreed upon date for me to move out. They sent a demand letter asking for an immediate deposit refund in full on 02/05/2025 when the tenant's requested move out date is on 02/18/2025 with a lease end date of 03/31/2025. I have no words other than stating the facts LOL. Please use your best judgement before hiring them. What a joke.
Eugene Chiarelli told us initially that he felt he "may" be able to resolve our case within the initial retainer of $5000. However after 3 months and over $15,500 spent, all we received is contact information on the opposing lawyer with zero resolution. We had to fire Eugene as it became clear that we were being taken advantage of. Eugene knew exactly how to "work" our case slowly and milk it for all he could.
