They sent a demand letter asking for an immediate deposit refund in full on 02/05/2025 when the tenant's requested move out date is on 02/18/2025 with a lease end date of 03/31/2025. I have no words other than stating the facts LOL. Please use your best judgement before hiring them. What a joke.
Eugene Chiarelli told us initially that he felt he "may" be able to resolve our case within the initial retainer of $5000. However after 3 months and over $15,500 spent, all we received is contact information on the opposing lawyer with zero resolution.
