Dr. Fan is a very patient and diligent doctor. She cares about her patients. I could not book an appointment with her last year either but I don't think it was her fault. The front desk is always rude when I wanted to schedule an appointment with Dr. Fan. Today I called for an appointment and front desk just told me she left Fairfield Family Physicians and I need to find another doctor. Fairfield Family Physicians is so irresponsible. I have been with Dr fan, for many many years. But seems now her older patients are getting pushed to the side. I have to wait an entire month to get seen by my Dr, to get my medicine and get an appointment. Seriously, whatever happened to patient Dr relationship. I guess greed, is what matters in this country. Very sad Dr Fan.
