Management is great so far from my experience, also Keith our maintenance guy he gets to things IMMEDIATELY, which every one appreciate. I’m so grateful for a clean environment. The inside of the units are extremely comfortable & spacious and very nice quality. I do miss ms Denise she went over and beyond for my move process so attentive & genuine. She is very missed. But everything else is smooth :)
Me and my family just moved in on November 1st Denise is a phenomenal manger she is so sweet and caring. I only been here for a month and it’s nothing but great! We love our new home thank you Denise and staff for all that you do.
Management (Denise) very pleasant, caring, and attenative.... Maintenance (Keith) goes beyond out of the way to complete any work orders in a timely manner ... Very nice complex to call home
Compared to our last complex (literally less than a mile away) this is a DREAM for WA living. Management and maintenance communicates in a timely manner, the units are spacious and renovated (not 2020+ renovated but appliances will be clean and/or replaced and expect chrome accents everywhere - my gold lovers be ready to mix metals w your home decor or swap them completely) My neighbors are honorable and the complex is quiet. Very spacious apartments, the kitchen is large which is exactly what i wanted! Extra storage on the large patios. More modern than most complexes nearby. Washer and Dryer in the apartments. Couldn’t ask for a better complex. The maintenance man Keith is amazing!! He always fixes any problems in a timely manner, and is always super kind! The manager has been nothing but friendly and is so easy to get ahold of through Email, which is my preferred method of contact. Glad to be going on my 2nd year.
