UPDATE: Changed management and it all went down hill from there. All they care about is money. I had to move out due to being harassed by neighbors..wiping dog poop on our cars and putting it in our parking spot. Made my kids and i feel unsafe in our own home. After moving out they try and charge you for basic wear and tear cleaning. I have pictures of how i left the place and it’s not how they describe it. Hard to communicate with Property management, by phone or in person. “I manage more than one property” is her excuse. Had my windows broken out of my car twice, because I was forced to park on the street. Limited parking unless you want to pay the overpriced fees for a carport! Appliances & cabinetry are old. Carpets are shampooed and not replaced after each tenant. Bonavista Management LLC is the one who deserves one ⭐️
Management is great so far from my experience, also Keith our maintenance guy he gets to things IMMEDIATELY, which every one appreciate. I’m so grateful for a clean environment. The inside of the units are extremely comfortable & spacious and very nice quality. I do miss ms Denise she went over and beyond for my move process so attentive & genuine. She is very missed. But everything else is smooth :)
Me and my family just moved in on November 1st Denise is a phenomenal manger she is so sweet and caring. I only been here for a month and it’s nothing but great! We love our new home thank you Denise and staff for all that you do.
Management (Denise) very pleasant, caring, and attenative.... Maintenance (Keith) goes beyond out of the way to complete any work orders in a timely manner ... Very nice complex to call home
