I visited yesterday and was excited that the buffet was reopened after being closed for a few years. Well, it should have remained closed the food was just bad, tasteless that is. The chicken wings that I once lived for could have cooked longer and lacked seasoning. The wings were also brought out to the buffet counter 6 at a time. Missing Debit Card We were seated and served with no problem, the food was only OKAY. It was what happened upon payment of the check that this review is owed to. Apparently the server swiped my debit card twice; once for our check of $93.55 and once for another's party check of $77.12. Not only did the restaurant / server NOT make me aware of the matter but they did not return my card. I didn't notice I had only been brought back the receipt to sign and not my debit card. They sit you at another table if you are sitting there too long. It is just a small place and they have many people waiting to be served as the food IS THAT Good! If anyone was being disrespectful, it was you, for taking so long -- just sitting around after you all ate some of the best food anywhere. They do not use too much butter, just enough to season the food, but you can always ask them not to use any butter, and they will follow your wishes. Don't Support Disrepectful Restaurants – Save yourself money and time. This place has horrible service! We were there for a birthday dinner and were sat at the Hibachi grill. Once the food was ate, they came out and told us they had a special place to seat us for the birthday cake. However, that was a lie. They just wanted us to give up our seats so they can seat more guest. They gave us our bills at different table. I have never felt so disrepsected in my life. I will never eat their again. Chi Tung is Grotesquely Overrated – Chi Tung is one of those places locals rave about but which doesn't actually earn its reputation for the experienced diner. This is the most grotesquely overrated restaurant I've ever been to (and I've given it more than one chance to prove itself). Delish Best Sliced Chicken with Hot Peppers, Crab Rangoon, Orange Chicken you name it they have it and it will probabley top any other chinese food you have had in the past! Love the 6 dollar buffett for lunch! The interior is very nice, wait staff very friendly, i have never had a bad experience here! Only bad experience is the wait sometimes for a table!
