Wait time is always about 3 hrs. 1.5 in waiting room then about 1.5 once in a room. Nurse is rude. You can’t ever get an appointment when sick only well visits. No one ever returns calls. Dr is kind but the entire office visit is awful and it has been this way for years not just covid. I continue to deal bc of the hassle to switch but I am done. When people in your house have covid and you can’t get your Dr of 20 years to call you back it’s time to move on.
