I’ve already written another review about this, but I was suffering from a pharmaceutical confederate overdose and I went home later that day do you have like 13 seizures back to back and they denied to give me anything to stop from the Photos sensitivity I’m on blood pressure Spiking they just completely went around The protocol of poison control and was just gonna make me sit in the dark room one later that day I had seizures when I after I would’ve been released they denied give me any IV fluids and stuff like that and po... read more
I went today and they were very busy. David Moore came in while I was being triage and took a look at what I was there for and immediately knew what it was and had me out without having to go back. They were all very friendly and professional. I appreciate all the work that they do.
Dr. was ok, gave practical advice regarding care for fractured toe. However, the facility did not seem clean. The floors were not swept and other surface areas looked dirty.
I am a huge fan of CHI specialty clinics. Dr Miller in ENT is the best. Pulmonology, cardiology and imaging -all great care and experiences. The Emergency Department at CHI Hot Springs has been nothing but poor experiences. Not only poor but traumatic. From threatening to place a psych hold, giving me opioids when I specifically requested they not do, then wouldn’t give anti nausea meds. CHI ER is by far one of the absolute worst emergency rooms I think I've ever been in. I've been dealing with issues regarding either my gallbladder or my appendix, and my mother and I arrived at 6:00 and stayed until 2 a.m. with no update and no results. I had to undergo an ultrasound and a CT scan. When I was getting prepped for the ultrasound, I let the nurse know that my mom and I had been there for four hours and asked if they could call me with the results; she laughed at me and said the average wait time for an ER visi... read more
