They always take good care of me . Staff is kind , knowledgeable, and caring . Would highly recommend this place
I have been a patient of Dr Chen's for over 3yrs. She is incredible. She is the ONLY Dr I have had that has called me personally. She is friendly, educated, and professional. I am so blessed to have her as my Dr. The front office ladies are also friendly and are great at what they do. The treatment room nurses are super..the don't hurt when they start an I V. Overall...I am so appreciative of the care I get at Genisis.
I come here to get blood plasma. It's always clean and it doesn't smell like a hospital. Lol. The doctors are great. They explain what's happening and they don't hurt when they put the needle in your arm for the plasma. Kudos the the docs and nurses! I love you guys!
Great doctor and very wonderfull staff
Dr Pruitt chucked throughout our initial visit, scoffing at our ideas concerning my mother's scans. When performing his intake evaluation, he blustered through the questions seemingly bored and uninterested. The WORST doctor I've ever seen, period.
