The staff, technicians and doctors were so wonderful and understanding. They helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life and were the first to comfort me when I got my diagnosis and give me the information I needed to make informed decisions about what I needed to do next. They even reached out to me many times to check up on me. My follow ups with them have been a breeze!

After years of going to Baptist I switched. Soo much better experience! Beautifully decorated super nice folks. I had a screening mammogram at the west location and received a call back. They scheduled a diagnostic mammogram the next day. Turned out not be a problem but they were so nice. I will never return to the cattle call at Baptist where I am impersonally shuttled through their system.
Ruth at the West Little Rock location was very thorough and knowledgeable about my mammogram. She spent extra time due to a birth defect and answered all of my questions. My paperwork was processed in a timely manner and I was back for my exam in no time. I was very impressed and will continue to use CHI St Vincent West location for all future mammograms.
Make sure you get your annual mammogram at Chi. Wonderful staff.
I been going here 5 years I love this place everyone so nice from walking in to the exam room god bless the staff and the person who decorates
