I came to CHI St. Vincent Neuroscience Institute for surgical clearance so my care team could move forward. The support staff were wonderful kind, professional, and clearly doing their best. The neurosurgeon, however, I felt dismissed also no continuity of care.
Loved Dr. Basma! The scars from my surgery look great! I would definitely recommend him if you’re in the need of a neurosurgeon
Seems like a nice enough place, until the doctor won't send you for the tests for your condition and his nurse refuses to contact you even after you leave 5 phone messages over a month. I hope others have a better experience, I'll just rot I guess. I received a robocall saying I had an appointment, my roommate listened to it with me, so I show up there and they tell me "he isn't even here, you have no appointment".
