Getting an appointment, I was told they need to verify my insurance first. 3 days later still no appointment. called again and Adrianne said they have to verify with insurance several cpt codes that they might do to me. I have a PPO, I've not been seen yet, already asking for cpt codes.... If I came in with no appointment, I would have waited all day because they need to verify all cpt codes first? Im glad they dont do this at the ER. will I get an appointment or not?
I actually visited Oak Street Health and not the wound care center.
