I had a concussion on New Years day, due to icy conditions. The Doctor and most nurses were fantastic. They saw me right away, gave me what I needed in order to do a head CT scan and told me and my friend what needed to be done ever step of the way. The ERvdoctor was very gentle and caring. It was the Best ER experience I have had in my life. I am 62, so that says a lot. Bemidji's Hospital could take lessons!
I'd give them zero stars if that were possible. They outsource their billing to a third party company who has ZERO native English speaking personnel. When you call their billing company you would be better off trying to have a conversation with a 18 month old. I have made at least five phone calls to their billing "customer service" company to address an issue with a bill that their billing company has repeatedly sent to the wrong insurance company and then they can't understand why it has been denied.
