Staff was great, billing is a joke. Do better.
I have such mixed emotions about St. Joseph's hospital! I absolutely love my surgeon and the surgery team! But the ER experience is atrocious! My most recent visit to ER lasted almost 6 hours! It was 2 and a 1/2 hours before I was triaged and waited another 1 and a 1/2 hours to actually be taken back to a room. And good luck if you have billing inquiries! A huge language barrier! Very frustrating!
Had an unfortunate incident with a hook to the head. The doctor who removed it was a very cool guy. Made a not so fun situation a funny one. Thanks again if you remember me from 6 years ago!
Had a nuclear stress test today, everyone from the receptionists, nurses, and technicians were very courteous, friendly, polite and professional. Made this as pleasant of an experience as possible.
