This is a review of staff at St Joseph's. My family was treated with dignity, kindness and caring during our time supporting a family member's hospitalization. The medical staff was attentive without being intrusive while meeting the patient's needs as well as her family. Even under the stress and sadness of the moment, their collective support was noticeable and supportive. Thank you for the work you do.
If I could give zero stars I would they sent a family member of mine home with meds and the family member already has issues with breathing and the dr literally said thats all they could do
Staff was great, billing is a joke. Do better.
I have such mixed emotions about St. Joseph's hospital! I absolutely love my surgeon and the surgery team! But the ER experience is atrocious! My most recent visit to ER lasted almost 6 hours! It was 2 and a 1/2 hours before I was triaged and waited another 1 and a 1/2 hours to actually be taken back to a room. And good luck if you have billing inquiries! A huge language barrier! Very frustrating!
Had an unfortunate incident with a hook to the head. The doctor who removed it was a very cool guy. Made a not so fun situation a funny one. Thanks again if you remember me from 6 years ago!
