I was grateful to find a doctor who could see my children on short notice to confirm they were able to attend daycare. However, I want to warn others to be very careful when signing paperwork here—especially if you are a self-pay patient. They require you to sign a form stating that prices can be adjusted after your visit once billing codes are entered.
