the ER neglected me and let me bleed out for 3 hours.
Today I went to CHI for my daughter's appointment ..and front desk lady who messed up my appointment time and try to fix it by giving me form to fill out ..she asked my ID and Medicaid card after i signed form I went to appointment ..later at home I realized that i left my ID and card there..I called them and front desk said they can't find it ..and they put me on hold and hang up on me after 45min... this main front desk is horrible..customer service is terrible..
worst ER Expierience ever. it was very obvious they didn't want to waste time on me. I will be asking for a detailed bill and all notes. I am a medical coder and based on the care I got from all staff, it was maybe a level 1
My daughter was in labor (2 previous times had been stopped with drugs) with the head in the birth canal, given drugs to stop labor because she was premature and even though her contractions didn't stop you sent her home. What is wrong with you people? She's an hour away from your stupid hospital. The only reason she did was because she likes her doctor. I'm appalled at the incompetence, she should have at least been kept until the labor stopped.
I went in 37 weeks pregnant and broken water.. I checked in at the front desk which took me at least 20 minutes!!! Finally get done with that and for some damn reason I had to wait for the ER triage nurse. She's all "so what's going on"? Needless to say I was NOT nice at all and I have no guilt in acting the way I did... When I asked her "Why she was holding me up when I NEED to be in OB UNLESS she planned on delivering a baby right there"? She comes back with "it's proper procedures" I call b.s. on that as I was in there 2 ... read more
