My family was sick back in March and April, and this urgent care was exceptionally helpful! There was never a long wait, and they take you into a room when you get there so you’re not sitting in a waiting room. Between myself, my husband and our baby we went into the urgent care multiple times over a 10 day period and the nurse practitioner, Austin, intentionally validated our visits and reassured us that we would be taken care of every time we came in. Absolutely the best walk-in clinic in Bismarck/Mandan area. Usually go to Sanford walk-in but this one is by far the best. Friendly polite staff and they're good at their jobs. No sitting and waiting around! They do their jobs.
I had a great time ! I know. I was sick as a dog. But they were soooo nice. I was from out of town and afraid to see any doctor after reading all the terrible clinic reviews. God sent me to the right place. Not only were they kind and helpful, but gave me directions to bird watching spots & swimming.
