I had not been into Urgent Care with one of my children for over a year, but when we came to see the doctor, she remembered us from last year. She was able to draw on our history and help my son even better than many other doctors we have seen. She knows her medicine, but she uses her knowledge and education and actually applies it to each patient as an individual. I can tell she has lived experience. We went to this urgent care yesterday, walked in and we were the only patients there so we were able be seen immediately and received the best care. Dr. Totten was very knowledgeable and the nurses were all super helpful. I had several X-rays done, they numbed my broken toe and reset it. The whole experience only took an hour. Would go back again if we ever needed to!
With all the negativity that we read on Facebook I would like to spread a little positivity. My husband fell on Friday outside trying to catch our little dog and fell on his right hand and his elbow went into his ribs. All weekend he complained how it hurt and today he was having a bit of breathing problems so after calling the VA they stated he should go to an urgent care facility and we went to CHI Urgent Care ob main in Bismarck.
